We are a small UK printing company based in Yorkshire. Most of our competition heat-transfer your image onto an imported pre-sewn cushion, which leaves a gap at the edge and requires polyester covers.
We print onto 100% panama cotton fabric and sew your cushion in the UK. Our images fill the cushion for a beautiful finish and a product made just for you.
Our printing is eco-friendly, as we print directly onto the fabric (no paper or water involved). Our cushions are filled in our mill in Yorkshire for a truly handmade and environmentally good product.
We offer really good prices, as you are buying directly from source. (We also manufacture for many other companies).
Delivery options will be offered at the checkout stage for you to select and will include free standard delivery* or chargeable next day options.
We aim to dispatch all items within 5-7 working days though this can be up to 10 days during busy periods such as Christmas. Items are dispatched with either Royal Mail or Hermes using standard or next day as selected at the checkout stage.
Delivery of goods can only be made to mainland UK and Northern Ireland addresses.
For delivery to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Islands, BFPO addresses and the Republic of Ireland, please refer to the terms and conditions page. For the avoidance of doubt, delivery to these locations shall always be made as part of a non standard delivery service.
All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery.
Delivery charges and estimated timescales are detailed in this website and when you place your order. We make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timescales communicated to you and in any event within 30 days of the date of order (with the exception of Shutters). However postal delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors.
Risk of loss and damage to your order passes to you on the date when the goods are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.
You will be liable for any additional charges arising from attempted deliveries during the normal working day if wrong delivery details are given, the postcode is incorrect, works are closed, or we are unable to obtain a signature.
As every product is personalised and customised, returns will not be accepted unless the fault is ours and you cannot change or cancel an order once checkout is complete. This is because when we receive your order, the manufacturing process begins immediately and the goods are manufactured to your exact specification, pursuant to The Consumer Contracts (information, cancellation and additional charges) Regulations 2013. This does not affect your statutory rights.
