3. Can you deliver on the same day of the order?

As all of our products are made on demand due to that we cannot offer same day dispatch however we offer next day delivery after the given lead time. Our lead time is 5-7 working days.

4. Is there any extra charge for delivery?

Yes, our standard delivery charge is £2.99 however if your order value is more than £30 the delivey will be free of charge. We also offer Express delivey ( after lead time) for £5.99.

5. What should I do if the product does not match with what I ordered?

14. What should I do if the product delivered is of low quality?

Please make sure all the images you upload are of good quality, if the print is blurry to due the printing issue, we will replace the order free of charge or refund if needed.
