All of our products are made of fabric. We offer different types of fabric in all products eg: Cotton , Polyester , Velvet & Fleece. We use virgin bouce back hollowfibre for filling the products.

2. Can I place gift orders from any other country?

At the moment, we don’t offer our products outside Uk due to delivery constraints and custom charges.

3. Can you deliver on the same day of the order?

As all of our products are made on demand due to that we cannot offer same day dispatch however we offer next day delivery after the given lead time. Our lead time is 5-7 working days.

4. Is there any extra charge for delivery?

Yes, our standard delivery charge is £2.99 however if your order value is more than £30 the delivey will be free of charge. We also offer Express delivey ( after lead time) for £5.99.

5. What should I do if the product does not match with what I ordered?

If you have mistakenly added a wrong address or you want to change the address, please contact us within 24hrs of placing the order to change the address and we will change it for you.

13. What can I do if I made a mistake while personalisation of order?

14. What should I do if the product delivered is of low quality?

Please make sure all the images you upload are of good quality, if the print is blurry to due the printing issue, we will replace the order free of charge or refund if needed.
